What is the best way of losing 30 to 40 pounds by July for a High School Senior
Lay off the simple "white"carbs (breads, pasta, pasteries, etc.) go high in protein (chicken, egg whites, protein powders etc.). Eat six smaller meals a day to keep metabolism burning, stabilize blood glucose levels, controls appetite. Cardio 3 to 4 times a week walk or run it burns fat and drink lots of water approx 8 x 8oz glasses a day don't eat after 7pm at night. You'll drop the weight fast and you'll feel great doing it. No cheating this has to be a complete lifestyle change for it to be effective. Good luck.

I would suggest the Cabbage Soup Diet. You can lose up to 10 lbs in 7 days, and it's inexpensive. A lot of people complain that it doesn't work, but it does. Just a little belief in yourself, and exercise, and you'll be good to go. I'll also be graduating this spring! Good Luck :)

Well that would be one of the most proscribed, not-to-do, thing! You know why, 'coz losing weight so quickly is not good for health and I am not the one saying this, Doctors and Scientist have analysed it!!! So, I recommend you not to lose so much weight so quickly. Instead try alternate way to handle what ever situation you are in! What say?
