I just had a baby and I gained 30 lbs!! I plan to start exercising again (I'm in the military, so I do it 5 times a week) as soon as the incision from my C-section heals, but I would like to use a diet pill as well. Which one is the most effective and won't mess me up?

Answer:

I don't like diet pills very much because a lot of them have side effects. Talk to your doctor because if you are breat feeding some of them could have adverse affects on your baby's health.

If you look at the small print on any diet pill bottle or any diet pill supplement for that matter, they all say something like use only with proper diet and exercise. Now why spend 20-50$ on something if you STILL have to diet and exercise? not to mention the harmful side affects, your in the military, youll loose weight.
