ok lets see theres fish,anything spicy,green tea,ginseng,coffee,soda and EGCG pills from GNC!this really helps boost it and 4more other things too like 6 mini meals a day,alot of exercise,being active,and getting 8 hour or 12 hours of sleep every nite!:D

Lemons. I put lemon juice in my water each day. You can add as little or as much as you'd like. It makes it a little more interesting, especially since I try to drink at least 64 oz. a day, and it's nice to know I'm boosting my metabolism just by drinking it.
lemon, green tea and peppers is what i use
4 ounces of grapefruit juice unsweetened once a day before a meal.. it keeps your system clean and grapefruit is good for you...
