Nothing. You cannot make yourself taller than you are supposed to be. It's been determined before you were born and nothing is going to change that. There are no supplements, vitamins, herbs, minerals, drugs, devices (except lifts for your shoes--can you say DESPERATE?) stretches, sports....nothing. Nothing you eat or drink is going to make you taller, either. It doesn't exist.
i don't think you can get taller like that. it just takes time. you need to be more patient.
