So to answer your question for 20 lbs in one month how about the above exercises 12 times a day, every day for a long 31 day month. so that means, 12 miles per day of running, 12 miles of walking, 480 pushups, 480 crunches, 120 minutes of skipping and now you know why this would work, you have very little time for eating, sleeping or doing anything else, therefore you lose weight.
