What exercises can I do for skinnier legs and a smaller butt
I don't want to be a stick or anything, just thinner calves, thighs, and a smaller butt. I want my jeans to fit a little better. Is it possible to burn enough fat to reach this goal in two weeks?
Answer:Well you will have to do cardio to burn that fat! And you can do that inside! I recommend to you the Great Butt Workout! Complete 3 sets of the exercises and between each set insert a 2 minute burst of Cardio, also do about 5 minutes of cardio before and or after starting. To get thinner calves and thighs you must do walking. 2 weeks is probably not enough time to see alot of results. Go for long walks or hit a treadmill. Stair stepping is good for your rear but can make your calves get mote muscle. Walking, dancing, and stretching are your best bet.
