What exercise can i do to throw a football farther and more accurately
i have around a 100 dollars to buy equpment and a gym near me. what can i do to help these attributes?exercizes and methods please
Answer:Maybe a little weight training. Doing pullovers simulates the throwing action. Also just keep throwing that football, the spin is what gives the ball stability and allows the ball to go further, strength helps too, work on the spin. You just need to spend a lot of time throwing a football. Keep trying to go further. "Aim small miss small"-meaning aim for your targets eye or nipple, not his head or chest.
If you going to the gym I suggest mainly exercising all parts of you leg to give excellent strentgh in football such as burpees,leg streches, and plenty of sprinting each day, try also improving you abs and lowerback to help you with perfect shooting, for stretches the best three stretches to help you for football are #1:
pull your lower leg up from the back of your hips, #2 put your foot
against the wall and start moving towards the wall, you should feel a pain in your calf while doing this, and #3: sit on the floor, keep your legst straight and try to touch your toes, there should be a lot of pain in this stretch but it will most certinaly help you, do all these streches at least 3 times a day as well as sprinting, eating healthy and keep doing good work in the gym, for accurasy you need to concentrate and kick the ball straight with upper front bit of you shoe, if you have studs shoes they will most certialely help you alot.
