i am having a baby and my thighs are covered in stretch marks what excercise can i do to reduce them or is there something i can do to my diet to help

Answer:

The only thing you can do is to use a good moisturizing cream such as cocoa butter to keep the skin as supple as possible. This won't prevent them altogether but will help with the surface of the skin.

i know you don't want to hear this ,but stretch marks are permanent. :(
Stretch marks are SCARS!! and they're permanent!!

Stretch marks are like scars, you can't exercise them away. But you can use a stretch mark cream with cocoa butter to keep them from getting worse. Palmer's seems to be the preferred brand.

And don't stress too much, they do fade over time.


sorry darlin' - nothing you can do except buy the best cream (Palmer's cocoa butter ? ) or oil ( bio oil ? ) you can find. they do fade in time.
They are there forever, but i use something called 'Bio Oil' it reduces the redness or Cocoa Butter is supposed to be good
Unfortunately some people are more prone to them than others. It can depend on how rapidly the skin stretches, so if you all of a sudden get really big, then your skin may get more stretch marks.
