Am I underweight?

Answer:Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Include uncooked vegetables and fresh fruits in ur meals. No food/drink other than water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times and u will notice that u get intuition to stop eating as soon as u have had enough.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable period. Do not panic to loose it fast.

WOW, most of the people I have seen or heard are over weight & they want to decrease their weights, but here the case is totally opposite. Well, 1st of all never try to increase or decrease your body weight all of a sudden, let it happen slowly & gradually. Also, never take any medicines or something of such kind to increase & decrease the weight.
In your condition, I think you should eat fresh fruits daily, eat fresh green vegetables regularly, tomatoes, drink milk every morning, do some regular exercise, forget all the tensions, worries you have and lastly sleep in time & wake in time, don鈥檛 stay out late nights. These things will help you increase your weight & not fat. Hope you will gain something, best of luck.
