is the ideal weight for a 15 year old 5'9" girl..? How about a 14 year old 5'4" girl ?
Answer:108
145-176
I am fourteen and i weigh 114 pounds. But im 5'7!!!
Well I guess anywhere in the hundreds should be fine. But 130 lbs isnt healthy.
Here's a great website that lets you calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI). You enter your height, age, weight, and it tells you whether or not you are at a healthy weight.

Mimi is right (145-176) for a girl 5'9". In general, you can subtract 5lbs for every inch so for someone 5'4", their ideal weight would be somewhere around 120-151.
or try this site.
don't worry about weight so much. worry more about how you feel and look. i'm 21, 5'5" and i weigh 145 lbs, but i wear a size 6. i look much smaller than my weight would make you think... why? because i'm muscular. muscle weighs more than fat does. i'm a competitive college cheerleader and we work out a lot. 145 lbs may sound like a lot, but i'm pretty much solid muscle. i look a lot thinner than most girls i know that weigh 20 lbs less than me. i rarely weigh myself. just eat healthy and exercise for an hour at least 3 times a week.
For a 15 year-old girl at 5'9", a healthy weight can range from 110-163 lbs. For a 14 year-old girl at 5'4", a healthy weight ranges from 98-144 lbs.
