I love to eat things that I know are good for me and wondered is there more I can do.

I drink about 5 cups of Green Tea everyday, eat 3 Brazil nuts and a glass of smoothie. (obviously other food too)

But what's REALLY good????????????

I have oatmean for every morning for breakfast.

sometimes i mix an egg or two in it to liven up the taste

my chloestral is 165..so that is good

also add raisons to the oatmeal

but i use less wate to oatmeal as i like my oatmeal firm and not juicy or moist

i drink green tea NEW VITALITY GREEN TEA PLUS MAGIC FRUIT, but i use the liquid form with a bottle stopper ..that way i get 5 or six cups in a day...I lived in Japan and green tea is a staplbe there like coffee is here

i take a good multi vitamin, but i use a product called Cal Max

(mix with hot water) but you can put juice in it if you con;t like the taste...Cal max has ascorbic acid, mangnessium, and of course calcium...but there are other supplements i take also like Royal Green Ultra Blend>>>>includes antidoxidants, priobiotics eengergy booster, and enzymes>>ALSO a lot of other ingrediunts too numerous to mention.

I am a nurse and i take care of the elderly in their homes and some of these people are 90-95 years old...one thing they call had in common they eat sardines, fish, and take a good omega fish oil...plus a lot of foods high in fiber...

well, good luck..sometimes we have to be our own doctor as most doctors don't study nutrition very much in medical school
