I've been dragging the last couple of weeks. Any ideas for getting more energy?
Answer:Get more rest and add some exercise. .Caffeine works short-term . .Get at least 7-8 hrs. of rest.. and then get at least 30-60 minutes exercise daily, 5-6 days a week. Alternate between cardio and resistance training. Eat healthy at least 80% of the time and then you could actually eat some junk once in a while. Just don't make it a habit.
grab a venti coffee with a shot of espresso from starbucks!
Exercise will give you more energy. Even if you don't feel like it, just go take a walk or do some type of physical activity. It will make you more energetic.
I don't know where you live but here in Connecticut we're all dragging from the snow and cold weather. LOL I know exercising gives me more energy. And, believe me, I do not do it vigorously. If it keeps up you might want to have your doctor run some blood tests.
