Answer:Diet supplements are not very healthy, but by changing the way you eat, and eat healthier foods, like fuirts( oranges, apples, grapes and or pears) or even green leaf vegetables(like a salad), it can be better and healthier than a dietry supplement. Pears and prunes(dried plums) are really great to help clean out impurites in the body.
