What diet shake makes you lose weight

Are there any that dont replace full meals and they make you lose weight?

Answer:

I'm going to warn you, you do not want to read my advice.

There is no miracle shake, no wonder food, no perfect diet, and no magic pill that will make you lose weight. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you eat. We all know this, we just want to find an easier way. I'm sorry, there is none.

Now, the way to get the most amount of food for the least amount of calories is to focus on whole grains, lean proteins, and fruits and veggies. Basically to follow the new food pyramid (www.mypyramid.gov). There, you can type in your height, weight, and other info about you and it will tell you how many calories you need to *MAINTAIN* your current weight. Just subtract a couple hundred calories from that, rev up your workout, and you're well on your way to losing weight.

Fiber is a good choice while trying to lose weight because it expands in your stomach. This means you can eat less of it and feel fuller longer.

I'm sorry I can't tell you a magic shake to drink, but I promise if you cut back on the calories and rev up your workout (adding strength training will actually have you lose calories while resting), then you'll be losing weight on your own, without spending a fortune on shakes, pills, fad diet books.

No shake can make you lose weight. They can help when combined with nutrition and exercise. Slim-Fast is actually pretty good for this.
Its a shake, if you dont replace meals then you will GAIN weight. I dont believe that they make miracle shakes yet, if they did everyone would by them
