Answer:You can pretty well eat anything, the foods to cut back or avoid if you want to be healthier are: bad fats, sugar, white flour, white rice, potatoes, white bread, cakes, sweetened drinks, the things listed are examples of high GI foods that have a lot of sugar/starch calories but do not add anything to your diet nutrition wise.
1. low caloric bread (wheatbread)
2. fish, squids, crabs, shrimps, clams, oysters, lobster
3. green and yellow veggies
4. any juicy fruits (citrus, grapes, kiwi, soursop, mango, melon,
water melon, starfruit, jackfruit)
5. cream cheese (white one)
6. water, milk, juice
7. some low sugar ice cream
balance what u eat- enough water, veggies, fruit, whole grains are good things to eat and have healthy fat and carbs, don't deprive yourself- see if this tells u more of what u wanna know
