The best way to lose weight is to simply reduce your intake of food and exercise. Mainly cut back on your carbs and incorporate more fruits and veggies in you diet.
Stop having sugar in any form, white flour, rice, & pasta.
Go slow on whole grains too.
Eat lots of veggies, salads, protein(eggs, meat etc.)fish.
Have low fat milk & yoghurt.
And have lots of water, 8 glasses a day min.
Exercise an hour daily. Walking/jogging, cycling, swimming etc.
