If you want to make a dramatic change in your fitness level, I would recommend the book "Eating for Life" by Bill Phillips.
If you'd like to lose a couple of pounds quickly, I would recommend cutting out all sodas and sticking to water for several weeks. You'll be amazed at how much of a difference this one change will make.
Just a couple of pounds? thats easy, cut out sodas if you drink them. Just doing that will cause you to lose MORE than just a couple of pounds. I've lost 18 pounds since Feb 1 which I contribute largley to cutting out soda. You can lose just a couple of pounds without even exercising(although it is highly recommended and you'll like the results) or even changing your diet. Just cut out sodas if you drink them. If you dont drink soda then just try to replace whatever you are drinking with just water, I am 100% positive that this will have dramatic results.Do this and you will lose more than just a couple of pounds and you will feel and look much better.
