I like to take emergen c vitamin powder in a glass of water. The vitamin complex is supposed to give you an all day release of energy vs the high and the low of coffee. (trust me, I love my coffee) Try a packett, they are purchaced at walgreens. I have seen other versions of this as well.


try an apple, I have heard that it is more effective in 'perking' you up than a cup of joe.
Hot water with a lemon squeezed into it. This is supposed to get your digestive system going in the morning.
Fresh fruit Juices....
Cocaine. (jk) OJ works too. A good breakfast helps to wake up without coffee.
Methamphetamine is WAY stronger than silly coffee.

1 banana

11/2 cup of skim milk or soy milk

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

1 tablespoon bee pollen

Ice to desired consistency

Blend this all together and drink it. You will be ready to go after that.
