Is there a web site where I can monitor what I eat to keep my cholestrol at a normal level?I have no clue what to eat.
Answer:Oatmeal, lots of high fiber dark colored vegetables, switch butters to Benecol or Smart Balance, drink lots of water, EXERCISE, and Omega 3's are important-found in fish.
kelogs cereal
popcorn, no butter or salt. Oatmeal and wholewheat. EXERCISE
Eat whole grain cereals, everyday. I eat oatmeal, Cheerios or Shredded Wheat for breakfast everyday.
I've had the same problem as you. My doctor told me that I needed to reduce the fat in the foods I eat, add more fiber and specially excercise (that's the hardest one).
