It looks like a pouch and it's horrible. I also have terrible stretch marks any suggestions??

Unfortunately, there's not much you can do about that.

It's loose skin that is left after women give birth or anyone who last lost significant weight in a short amount of time. Loose skin isn't fat..so it can't be burned away. I think the only real solution is to get plastic surgery. Don't give into the miracle creams...don't work.

As for stretch marks...they won't go away either. Over time, they will fade, making them less noticeable. They're pretty much like scars..don't disappear.


well you can start to work out like a crazzy person

you can walk or jog,miles daily

or you can see a doctor about having it cut away.

you need to find a solution that;s good for you.

not what was good for somebody else.


From health & Fitness consultant's view: First control your calorie intake (about 1700 for 24 hours). Second start brisk walking ONE hour per day (an hour after meal). Do daily ab crunches. Continue and be patient if you want to achieve your goal!
