What are the healthly ways to gain weight
i am 16. and i underweight and have a shinny apperance . so would like to put on some weight. but i don`t know the healthier ways to put on weight.pls tell me some way to gain weight

I would take an increment in carbs and protein. Pasta and beef and eggs are good source of healthy carbs and proteins with a massive dose of calories needed. don't forget to include fiber (vegetables and grains) in your meals.

You gotta put on some muscle, girlie. Try eating more (but still healthy), and continue to excersize regularly.
