I weigh about 100 pounds.

Answer:

There's this thing called a body mass index.

What you do is you take your weight in kgs (eg 60kgs) then divide it with your height in metres (eg 1.60m). Then divide the answer with your height again.

If the answer is below 20 (check me on this value) you are underweight and if it is over 25 you are overwieght.

However u are at a very young and important age for development and you should not diet


You sound like you're at a healthy weight. If you feel fat, try working out.
i think thats the right weight.. go to seventeen.com and look under health.. and the bmi calculator .. it should tell you.
that sounds about right 100 does I'm 5'5 and I weigh 115 so that sounds like a good weight for ur size and age

Just don't use a BMI chart my doctor is the fittest person i know, hes a weight lifter and used to be a personal trainer for professional weight lifters. He hates the chart it tells him hes obese and he has to have it on his insurance an that makes him pay a hella lot more!! any way just don't use it!! I think if your comfortable with you weight and eat healthy then your fine!!
