sometime when i go jogging and i make a little turn in my movement my ankle will start to hurt and when i do push up my wrist will start to hurt.
how can i strenthen them.

For the most part try to do isolation exercise such as hold one leg in the air and just hope around for a few minutes on the one foot, do some wrist curls pushups on your knuckles instead of palms.

I'm not too sure about the ankles, maybe calf raises. I was a gymnast when I was younger and to strengthen our wrists they made us tie bricks or weights to a broom stick and just alternate curling your wrists until the string is wound around the broom stick then go the opposite way.
