i really want to lose 10 pounds in like 3 days i heard about water fasting if i do that plus excersise will that give me the results that i want

Answer:

with water fasting you can lose about 2.5 pounds a day, possibly more if you are overweight. but if you do it wrong (drink coffee, cheat, etc) then i dont know what will happen. as far as the exercise, i'd really keep that to a bare minimum like some light walking. if you exercise too much that will make it even harder than ever to fight the hunger urge.
