I'm a very picky eater and i usually have 75% healthy stuff and 25% junk food and for exercise I have gym class for 30-35 minutes and i run on the treadmill 15-20 min a day. I'm trying to lose around 20-30 lbs for the summer, and i heard if you drink a lot of water it might help. I asked my mom and she said you could die if you have way too much. How much is too much? How much a day should I have that's healthy? Can food sober a lot of water?

You seems tobe a very health conscious and what your doing is actually pretty good. By the way how old are you and how much weight do you have right now? Don't be preoccupied on losing 20-30 lbs but you have to look healthy.

Water is always good for you, but of course you don't want to force yourself on drinking too much. Water can also poison you but we are talking about extreme water intake, like forcing yourself to take more water when you have to much already. What's important is moderation if you feel you have enough already then you can stop, you always take it out anyway and cleanses your system too.

When working out it's very important to hydrate yourself even when your not perspiring. Water evaporates from your body when your core system heats up, so it's really important to replenish it.

But do not preocupied with this number the important thing is your healthy and doing your part to keep your self in best shape you know possible. Just keep doing what your doing and try to eat balance and healthy diet.
