Does drinking water with fresh lemon juice (no added surgar) help you loose more weight that regular water by its self?

That's largely because the lemon juice in the water will realkalize your tummy (from all the acid - junk foods we eat) and help your system more efficiently digest your food. Therefore, elimination will be more efficient and you will have loads more energy. Organic apple cider vinegar (2 tablespoons) mixed with cold water 1/2 hour before each meal is also a great way to aid digestion. You'll find that it also perks you up and gives you more energy......
