Have tried, since using diet pills in the past , to find ones that work as well as those containing ephredra, but to no avail. Many on the market, but none that really do what they say they will do. Wondering if anyone has had any luck with any of them. Thanks for your help.

diet pills are not good for you they is better ways of doing it. I have tried lots and none seem to be good.
