Waht age is adult on multivitamin bottles
im almost 14 1/2. would i be considered as 'adult' on a centrum multivitamin bottle? are they chewable? im not so great with swallow!
Answer:If you are worried about taking multi-vitamins that arent for a 14 year old but you know you need to, I HIGHLY suggest Flintstone's (and they are chewable).
I am 21 and I have been having Flintstone's vitamins since I was a toddler. I told my doctor at my last check up because he asked if I was taking vitamins, and instead of looking at me like I was a child, he smiled saying that they were one of the best ones anyway. I forget what he said about the "adult" vitamins, but it wasnt good.
If you have doubts, ask your family doctor. You can call up the doctor's office and just see if you can talk to someone (even a nurse) for a quick question.
