16oz. of ice water each morning and I would rid my body of toxins and have a lot more energy plus less appetite? Do any of you have any comments on this? Someone said it messes up your osteporsis or will cause it to come on? Let me hear
Answer:You're body needs some of the toxins it has. You're body is built to use these toxins for the betterment of it.
Research what you are doing before you do it just because someone else said it was okay to do.
Not vinegar, use apple cider vinegar. There is a huge difference.
Vinegar is used to help lower your blood pressure that is if you aren't on blood pressure medince when my bp is high even though i'm taking bp pills for it i can talk about 2 taablespoons of vinegar and mix it with water drink it and my bp will come down but don't over do it it's not an everyday thing to do it,1x a month is the best to do it
