To be slim , how many calories have to be taken&burnt daily
There is no magic number. To lose weight you have to consume fewer calories than you expend and to maintain your weight you must consume the same number of calories you expend. This means you could eaten buckets of butter all day as long as you expend all the calories. Just because you will be slim doesn't mean you will be healthy.
900-1000 calories a day and you will lose weight. But remember to drink your water and exercise 30 minutes a day.
To loose weight, burn more calories then you consume. A healthy rate to loose is 1 to 2 pounds a week or it won't stay off, trust me I've been there.
Look on the net to find out how many calories different activities and exercises will burn.
Don't starve yourself! Good luck
1500 in, aim for about 150 off, you'll lose weight in no time xx
First and foremost, calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (that is how much your body naturally burns off every day). A calculator can be found here: http://health.discovery.com/tools/calcul...
Second, if you're counting calories, it's best to keep a diary of what you eat. I use a free online program called FitDay. It helps you be more conscious as of what you're eating and the program does all the math for you.
Finally, it's best to burn about 500-1000 more calories than you consume (don't worry, with a little exercise and healthy, portioned meals, it's pretty easy! don't forget your body is burning fat as we speak!)
Good luck!
