The lemon detox diet
Has anyone done this and does it actually make you loose weight?
Answer:I am not over weight too but I wanted to loose weight (little pounds). My mother told me to drink a pure lemon juice each morning just after the wake up and wait a quarter before the breakfast. I have tried and it works ! I didn't know the "lemon detox diet " before that time but I have well informed myself on that method after my mother told me that lemon juice has special properties such as burning greases, eliminating toxins and giving peps !
If your not nessesarily over weight then I wouldnt try dieting! Most diets are aimed at those who are over weight and when you are its easier to lose it! If your big its generally because you eat too much, so any diet where you eat less will work! I think it sounds like you need to exercise to get the shape you desire! Any diet works twice a good with exercise involved!
I find that trying not to eat ''treats'' except on one day a week when your allowed to eat what you want! By the time you get to that day you probably wont fancy it because you wont want to ruin how good you've been!
Lemons seem to irritate me due to my body type being Pitta, it is effective on Kapha (large body size people) and then very thin - Vatta.
