I WAS SIZE 12 LIKE 3-4 YEARS AGO. BUT AM NOW BETWEEN 14 & 16. I DO NOT EAT ALOT OF FAT FOOD BUT I EAT RICE LIKE EVERYDAY AND I KEEP PUTTING ON WEIGHT AND AM GETTING WORRY SO I WAS WONDERING IF ANY ONE KNOW THE BEST WAY TO LOSE SOME OF THESE WEIGHT

it's really useful. it's got really helpful advice on it like if you have low fat dairy the calcium in it helps you excrete more fat. other than that increase your activity levels x

Im on a diet called weight watchers and its fantastic, iv lost a stone :) Also you say you eat alot of rice, rice and pasta is good for you but not in large quantites as on my diet you are only allowed 40g of it dried for your portion which isnt alot, the best was to go about it if you dont want to go to a diet class is to weigh things so you dont have more than your allowed and also check calories and saturated fat as saturated fat is the worste thing you could have, your only allowed 25g a day of it, try and eat only half of that allowance and eat around 1500 callories a day, do this with a little exercise and it shpould help
Watch your proportions. Do you eat junk food as well? If so, try to limit yourself so that you do not eat that much. One suggestion is going to the gym. Typically, individuals will gain weight when they consume too much calories in comparison to their daily activity. Fruits and vegetables are also something that are delicious. And trying switching from white rice to brown rice, if you have not already - way healthy and a rich taste.
