The best way to lose 10 lbs

i really want to lose 10 lbs and i'm thinking about doing a low calorie diet (none of the others have seemed to work for me!) but i'm not sure how many calories i should be taking in...i workout about 4 times a week...help!!

Continue to work out. Do both cardio and weights. Eat fresh fruit and veggies. Try to cut back on carbs. Drink water!!!
