I have great muscle tone... the only problem is that I have a "comfort layer" over it... Especially on my stomach. My stomach doesn't protrude and I don't look too bad... but I want to burn that fat away and show the muscle underneath. It is so stubborn. What is the best way to get rid of it?

Answer:

For some people there is a genetic component to where they store and retain fat.Even though you may have great abs,it may be impossible to lose the layer of fat covering them. Look at the positive side.At least you have the muscle.

I heard that interval training is the best to burn fat. Do really intense aerobics for 3 minutes then do moderate for 1 minute. Keep doing that several times for 30-60 minutes.
Thats great that you have such good muscle tone. It sounds like you work out and are in really good shape, therefore if you eat fruits veggies whole wheats and lean meats you should be fine in no time
Cutting and simple carbs makes your body use the fat is has stored, rather than using the "sugar" for fuel

I have no idea how your avatar's mouth got stuck that way but.. OH the best way to burn fat is to look into my eyes for a split second and I promise when you wake up the fat will be gone. Or you could just do 5,000 crunches, 2,500 push ups and 1,000 jumping jacks everyday to burn off all of your wobbly fat you have on your body. The choice is yours... Hey are you listening... Oh, you must've passed out. Oh well.
