i need to lose 20 punds by summer time my belly and my legs can you plz help me with some ideas with work outs and the eating.Oh and i do work out everyday for 1 hour and that is not heping

Nothing that is good long term is going to be fast. That's the plain and simple truth. At least by starting now for summer you have an advantage. It's more about combining cardio exercise with the right foods and good eating habits. Try smaller meals, swap out the highest fat and sugar content foods that you eat and replace those with things like steamed vegetables (especially greens). Instead of a bagel or cereals with high fructose corn syrup for breakfast, try eating more natural cereals. The less ingredients the better - especially ones with names that are obviously additives. Grape nuts are one of the healthiest, they are also kinda nasty tho lol, so it all comes down to how bad you want it. Keep the calorie count low and perhaps ask someone at your gym what exercises you can change to really try and target the areas you are most worried about. Don't fall for fads, and good luck :) If you are motivated it's possible, just don't give up if you don't see any visible changes over the first 2 or 3 weeks. It really does take time!
People get very good results from eating 3 serves of fat free yoghurt at separate times during the day, taking account of the yoghurt calories within your allowance. You need to satisfy the daily demand for calcium. If you get enough calcium then fat will be escorted to your waste removal system rather than stored in the cells. Good luck.
