Does anyone know about the "No Sugar Diet", side effects, any good or details or web site i can go on to find out about it

One major side effect is that it's a termpory solution to a life-long problem.

Eating less sugar is GREAT! But you're going to eat sugar in your daily life regardless of how much you try to avoid it. Do you eat jam? How about bread?

Learn to eat WISELY and in moderation.

Also, where is the exercise? Eating right is a great start, but you need to get out and move! Exercise!

You shouldn't be eating/drinking refined sugar anyway. It has empty calories and inflames the body. So it's really not a diet. There used to be something called Sugar Busters but I don't know if it's the best source. But also beware of artificial sweeteners (aspartame, etc.)... they can't be too healthy if they cause cancer in laboratory rats.
If you want you can eat brown sugar it doesn't make you fat!!!!!!!!
Severe or prolonged deprivation of carbohydrates, including sugar, will seriously screw up your body. Simple sugars are the fastest digested and absorbed fuel you can get. Feeling tired and worn down are some of the short term symptomes. A longer term symptome is brain damage.

Forget it it will not help you!

Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg.

Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?

I have seen hundreds of questions with this same pattern :- I am fat, tell me where on line I can get this super diet or herbal/dangerous/illegal drug that I hear will fix it for me in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!

No quick fixes pal , less in more out, its the only way.
