You do not need to lose weight. Your weight is healthy and normal. Feeling fat is just that- a feeling. If you feel flabby then exercise. Join an after-school sports program or go running with a friend. You can't sit around for six hours in school and then go home and watch TV and expect to be fit and healthy. Good luck.

I have found that "fad" diets are unhealthy. Use what works best for you, i.e. (I cut out fat and walk 3 miles (one hour) daily. Your weight VS height does not sound bad. Hang in there. You can do it!
