They dont unless they are bad or causing problems I still have mine Im almost 46 my daughter is 20 had hers out because they were causing pain and werent needed.
They can mess up the alignment of your teeth as well.
Because if they come through and are allowed to fully grow they'll push your existing teeth forward....
I think if you have them removed, you will no longer say things like "y muz."
They don't. They only need to come out if they cause pain or push your teeth crooked. Most dentists just what everyone to have them removed, but it often isn't needed. I know many people who kept them without problems. I think dentists see them as a money maker, thats why they want to remove them.
