i have only used the white strips a couple of times, and after i use them my teeth feel really rough, and im wondering if this is taking the enamel away. it didnt hurt the first time, but the last time i used them my teeth seeme to be more sensitive to the strips.
should i bother using them? would a professional teeth whitening be a better deal?
Answer:NO USUALLY NOT. THEY HAVE BEEN TESTED BY DENTISTS MOST OF THEM SO JUST CHECK THE LABLELS.
Oh, dont use that toxic stuff. You can whiten your teeth naturally using a paste made from baking soda and hydrogen peroxide with a squeeze of lemon juice. cheap, easy, non toxic, and works great
The problem is that teeth whitening strips are a farely new product so there is no long term study done on them. No one knows if the product will turn out to be harmful for your teeth. Most likely it is harming your teeth because it is bleaching your teeth white. teeth ARE NOT WHITE. Teeth are naturally an off white, yellowish color. What is imporant is to floss daily, brush 2-3x daily, and visit a dentist every 6 months for a cleaning.
Professional teeth whitening isnt any safer, actually it is expensive and uses harsher chemicals.
