Whitestrips
well i bought crest whitestrips premium, its the 7 day one. but i was wondering if anyone has used them b4,,, i gess i could have asked b4 i spent like 30, or $40 for them, huh??... but i was also wondring if i leave them on longer,, will they get whiter??, the directions say wear for 30 mins 2 times a day, for both top and bottom,,, so plz help meeh w/ my "?"s,,, thnxx

Answer:Don't leave them on longer! Yes they work and I highly recommend them! I had one problem with them though... after like the third day my teeth were really sensitive to heat and cold. My dentist told me that this was normal and to just give my teeth a break for a few days. So I did three days off two days back on two days off for two more then I finshed off with the last two days =)
They work great, my dentist noticed the difference right away. He also had no problem with them as long as they are used as the directions state.
Crest WhiteStrips only whiten teeth one to two shades whiter, which isn't even all that noticeable. I say it's a waste of money, if you want results get Opalesences or professional bleaching.
