What is the rating for on here? What does it do anyway? Alot of people put some dumb sh*! so i give them a bad rating (thunmbs down) But I'm not even sure what it does..... anyone?
Answer:Ummmmmmmmmmmmm how about reading the guidlines so you know what everything is for. If you didn't read the guidlines then that is why you don't know what the ratings are all about etc.
