There is only one toothpaste I know of that doesn't have any of the harmful ingredients like SLS (sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate), Saccharin, Propylene Glycol, artificial flavours and colours; and helps to whiten teeth.

There is no better whitener for teeth than putting one teaspoon

of Arm & Hammer Baking Soda in your palm and dipping your

wet tooth brush in it and brushing your teeth gently. You do spit

it out. There is not enough baking soda in commercial tooth

paste to do the job we are paying for. Bleach in pastes won't

work as fast either! For tea and coffee drinkers, a morning &

night brushing with baking soda will keep teeth from looking

neglected. I smoke a lot & don't like it to show. As for paying

my dentist $350. for the 30% bleach at home kit, I could not

hold it in my mouth 10 seconds, such horrid burning!!

actually its how u brush your teeth that makes all the difference, almost all toothpastes availble are of equal effect, just rotate using tem every now and then. Its the brushing technique, flossing and using a mouth wash plus ur regular professional clean ups that is effective.
