What is the best way to whiten teeth? About a year ago I used crest white strips which did a very good job, but now they are wearing off. I need to whiten my teeth again, but I hate the taste of the strips. Are there any other methods that are just as fast and effective??

I've heard white strips work pretty good - I'm thinking about using them myself. And I've recently seen Listerine with whitening stuff in it.. You could always give that a try for what-- the $4 that it is? Worth a try.

And if you're willing to spend the big bucks, visit your dentist and they can whiten your teeth!

The Rembrandt strips are a lot thicker and don't allow as much of the goo to get into your mouth. Also, try mashing up strawberries and brushing your teeth with them. It sounds crazy, but it actually works!

You might not like the taste but I asked my dentist and that's what he recommened as the safest. I use them.

CHew gum all day, and see i change, no im serious, try it. and after that, u can brush the teethe. after when you finish your gum, brush your teethe hard. so it shines
