u can't actually keep your teeth clean all the time but you can prevent it to stinks or have a toothdecay by brushing your teeth 3 times a day.. only 3 times! because excessive tooth brushing leads to bacteremia

just brush ur teeth twice or even 3x a day, choose a toothpaste with flouride, gargle antiseptics, flossing after brushing ur teeth, eat a balanced diet, go check-up dentist every 6 months...

ohhh...and if u hav cavities, let the dentist restore them to prevent periodontitis or inflamation in ur gums...

and, learn how to brush ur teeth properly, avoid too much eating sweets also...

but i think we can't avoid it! like me, my mother is a dentist but i cant prevent too from eating chocolates!
