According to me to reduce tence you must remove or delete the unwanted storage in your mind and thinking which creates tence.Or try to solve the problem which creates tence if that also does not happen then simply forget it wich creates tension no other way according to me but i do'n know about you.

Laughter reduces tension. It also increases the oxygen in the blood, increases circulation and helps relieve depression (a common side effect of tension/stress). Go find a funny book or movie and enjoy.
Have satisfactory food

Enjoy satisfactory sex and

Get satisfactory sleep.


In now day to day life we are very prone to tension.and to fight tense the best way is to laugh at full pitch,enjoy some lonely moments, be yourself only.because the person we love the most is just our own self.So please do take care of your own self and try to be just youself and do something you really enjoyed at early life.and above all do yoga
