Get those crest white strips. They really, really work. You will see a difference after 1 day. Rinses and toothpaste are worthless in comparison.

Listerine does not work. I tried all kinds of over the counter bleaching kits, and strips, none works. You have to do the professional dental bleaching called ZOOM. I tried it and with the 1st session there was a 1-2 shade difference. Now I use the crest strips for maintanance only. Zoom is not that expesive. I found a doctor who did it for $199.00
