hi

i have heard some people saying that being a dentist is a disgusting career and not one that they would want to do.

i know that people wouldnt want a stiff back but i want to know which disgusting jobs you wouldnt want to do and why?

Answer:

Dentistry is a good career choice. Go for it. I am in business and bored. Going back to get my dental hygiene certification. I see nothing wrong with your choice.

As for the disgusting jobs, I know my brother is a plumber and some of his stories a just plain nasty.

that is kind of funny, because that is exactly what i am studying to do. i don't believe being a dentist is a disgusting career at all, it is no more disgusting than working at a denny's your entire life. that is something i wouldn't even do as a teenager...i don't know why though.

ive heard that dentists have the highest suicide rate....i would be one though. I would not want to be a veterinarian. I LOVE animals, but the stuff they do to them....if im going to get dirty to save a life, i would rather be a people doctor.
