just curious, why is it so important to get them out?
Answer:It's not important for people to get them out. sometimes it is necessary because they can be painful and crowd your other teeth. and you back teeth are more prone to have bacteria which can lead to strep throat and other illnesses because people tend to over look them when their brushing.
you remain stupid
because wisdom teeth are not permanent teeth and eventually they hurt so bad u beg to have them pulled out
Some people do not have enough room in their mouths to have wisdom teeth, so they must be removed. My mouth has plenty room, so my teeth will stay.
It is NOT important at all...unless they start to protrude the gums..then it is..they can crowd your teeth and cause damage and they are softer teeth so they are more susceptable to damage/disease.
Most people have them removed as they cram the mouth and the pressure of them on the other teeth is quite painful. It's a simple operation, I had all 4 out many years ago.
My dentist is saying that I should get out my wisdom teeth soon. If the wisdom teeth's roots grow even deeper, it will become very painful, and much harder for the dentist to take them out. It is better to take the teeth out before they grow deep and are difficult to take out.
if they will not fit your jawline they will swell and hurt like hell a visit uninsured costed me 480.00 three mos. ago
I waited to long to have mine removed.. but the pressure of those teeth made 3 of them crack and left me with alot of pain.. Please do yourself a favor and look into getting yours out if your dentist suggested it. It will save you alot of pain later..
Most people's jaws won't fit them. If left in, one would grow immensely crooked teeth and will most likely have a lot of toothaches.
Its not necessarily 'important' to get them out if you don't need to. They're better off right where they are. But, often times, for a lot of people, there just isn't enough room for them, and they crowd the other teeth, cause some pain while they cut the gums coming in, pressure on the jaw bone... any number of complications. But, if you're among the lucky ones and don't need to have them removed for relife of discomfort ... or downright pain! ... them leave them where they are.
