Answer:
Most likely stress.
I did this after stressfull situations. My jaw would ache. I didn't know why.
The dentist said I was clenching my teeth in my sleep.
i do this and have health problems with my jaw as a result, plus dental problems! for me it's stress. even if i don't realise i'm stressed it always comes out when i sleep in the form of teeth grinding. my dentist had to make a plate for me to wear while i sleep.
Usually something you have eaten or drunk. If I drink red wine I grind my teeth whilst I am asleep.
im not sure but i do it too. alot
Not a very nice thought, but teeth grinding is also a symptom of threadworm infestation, which is a lot more common than most people realise! From the website below: 'Other symptoms of a threadworm infestation include restless sleep, irritability, grinding your teeth in your sleep........' It can, of course, also be caused by stress and, in some cases, it's believed that misalignment of the upper and lower teeth is the cause.
Subconscious desires in the mind.Be always in the present. Do not dwell in the past. Get inspiration from the past and plan for the future. but always remain in the present/ Always be aware of how you are sitting or walking or talking. You are Supreme Knowlwdge and you can be conscious of whatever you are thinking, talking and doing in this way be at peace with yourself and others. You dont have hold over past or future. Do not spoil the present by worrying over the past or future.
apparently --- stress -- not unlike loud snoring which is also contributed to stress .
